Meet Morgan
If you know me solely from my blog, you probably don't know that I have a sister, Morgan. She's three years younger than me and one of the most driven and strong people I know. That alone made her the perfect subject for a video project I did recently. Although she was hesitant to participate, I filmed her doing something she is very passionate about to showcase her drive and strength: running.

Your video was very impressive. Morgan seems like a very driven individual and it is great to see someone so passionate about what they do. As far as my passion it is without a doubt weight lifting and mixed martial arts. I enjoy the challenges that they present. As with running if you do not challenge yourself you will never get better.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! Martial arts seem uber cool. I've always low key wanted to do karate or something like that. I took a self defense class last semester where I learned some martial arts techniques and really enjoyed it, but yes, challenging yourself is key to self-improvement of any kind.
